A small piece of writing I wrote while sitting in class on. No cause, just a sudden inspiration.

How nice. To trust. to put your faith in another being. Hoping, just hoping, they would not use it against you. That they'd be kind enough to spare you. To withdraw that piercing blade from between tender shoulder blades. to rescue from the suffering, the pain they knew they had the power to cause your mortal body. The learning has just begun. the teachings have yet to be taught, the game yet to be started. Open not your exposed self to the world. Hold strong and steadfast. Keep your cover, never give in, only to yourself. Most important of all, withstand this task alone. No body has the control you can unleash. Let them in, you will be sorry, you will be punished for your foolish deeds. Be keen to your senses, but dull to the lies. Live up to your name. Feel the blade, the gore, the blood spew beneath it's cold graze.
