Particles

leave me

and i'm not

prepared for

anything else to come

to disrupt

the nothingness

Which comforts me

in silence

and boredom

All in while, the

edges recede rapidly,

Grabbing at my feet,

wanting surrendering,

kindling my

submission

enticing defeat and

Guards of rust

and tired steel

sheepishly

give way to

falling down,

Drifting away, pieces

crumbling slowly

of my pride

of little that I thought

I still had….

Tired sanity rushes

To grab

for my hand

and I cannot find

where to hold

How to take control….
