These waters of tumultuous roaring

Attempting it's scathing tease

Beneath my feet I feel their tickling

They celebrate fates timing upon standing

On liquid ground which keeps me surfaced

Enough to breathe in wisps of acceptance

As head above the rims of drowning

I’m still wading and I’m still treading

Through these waters….
