THANK GOD I AM BLACK

Thank God for making me one

One of the sons of a black,

Proud heir to a giant black estate,

of brown soil and shining sun.

Thank God for my blessed color

Thank God i am black,

Born with the great fullness of a Negroid father,

and the ever-smiling face of a black mother,

Not with the pink color of the Caucasoid,

Thank God i am black ,

Neither pink nor brown,

My head filled with only black pride,

And with the happiness over the color of my hair,

THANK GOD FOR MAKING ME AN AFRICAN
