The air brushed my face as my feet kick out in front of me. A stared at the vibrant blue of the sky and the fluffy white clouds that traveled away from me. On the way back down, as my hair flew into my face, I noticed a lone bird soaring up and away. Its wings spread wide as it gracefully glided on thewind. Free. That was the hundredth time I wished I was a bird. I kicked my legs forward again, harder, wishing to be in the air. Envying the flock of geese that passed overhead. Imagining the feeling of the winds carress during a long journey to a new land. Praying that when I reached the top of the swing I would break free and join the people of the sky. Reaching for the top again, I stretch for the sun as it also took its journey away. As the sky turned pink with me in zero gravity, I vowed in a split-second, I would make journey with the birds, sky, and clouds. Back again to the other side, I push my legs even harder yet and made the dip in the ground. Up and up I went and without another thought I leaped from the seat and flew. With the wind and sun on my face, I finally felt like I was home.
