A poem about you and yourself

Our eyes will meet through the brilliant glass

Study every inch

Like you own me

Then Judge me

O

You always wish me different

Better than what is

More handsome

Easier on your eye

O

I will smile at you

You’ll return my gesture

But I won’t believe what you tell me

And nor you me

O

We will always meet here

Through this glass

Trapped

In parallel unison

O

Passing time together

And what passed

So many regrets

O

Of how we treated each other

Of what should have been

We will part without a simple goodbye

As ever, until we least expect it

Our eyes will meet again

O

My reflection and I

Wow, I think this is my new favourite Liam!! I loved it and the message is so relatable for everyone, I think we are way to hard on ourselves and too often long to be something or someone we aren't. Great job! :)

P.S: Me thinks your pretty easy on the eyes in anyways!!! ;)
