As the sun dips behind the horizon

The church bells are ringing

The distance is what I have my eyes on

And inside my heart I am singing

As the birds all sing their sweet goodnights

We wonder what tomorrow's bringing

My mind has you locked in it's sights

And inside my heart I am singing.

As the summer clouds turn into night

A prelude to a new beginning

The cool air whispers 'it'll be alright'

And inside my heart I am singing

As the owl hoots from the forest trees

To branches of hope he is clinging

The calls reach you on a love fileed breeze

And inside my heart I am singing.
