A wolf that only comes out during a full moon.

Waiting in the dead of night

Someone screams out in fright

What has happened this time?

All the villagers start to chime

The wolf has struck once again

Hurry now, round up the men

We will find this ferocious beast

Upon us it shall no longer feast

All the men search the woods

Taking with them unknown goods

Hearing gunshots within the air

Children can't help but stare

?

Bang Bang Bang says the gun

All night long and before the sun

From the war men come back

There's only a few barely a pack

?

The wolf has gone he's here no more

One of the women speak, "are you sure?"

Yes I am, he has gone

He can't hurt us anymore

?

Every night the villagers sang

Awaiting the bite of the wolf's fang

He came out during a full moon

He was waiting for them, soon.

Vey good, but try to make it less rymey. I am working on that 2, so no worries! I love the idea of it............... what was your poem's pattern? just curious. :)

Rhyming every two lines, like a rhyming couplet but it doesn't just rhyme at the end, it rhymes the whole way through.

This is a good start although there is a few rhymes that are forced and knock the flow of its natural course. However you are improving try to be less as animilia says rhymey. Use words or other phrases that sound similar or have similar meanings. see/sea ect. I think I'm helpful or mabye I just got confused my self. Any way it was a good start but I see the need for you to improve. (However your writing is improving slowly, but surly) Keep up the good work!

Hi,

STRENGTH/POSITIVE(S):- 1. Rhymes.
2. A short story is being said in a poem! Wow!
3. Smooth flow of poem.

MY WORD(S) TAKING THE ROLES OF -
1. READER - really loved it.
2. REVIEWER - a 5 out of 5...
3. FELLOW WRITER/FRIEND - I'm jealous I'm not up to that mark. You nailed it perfectly.

OVERALL IMPRESSION - the ending especially is awesome. I loved it. A fantastic poem with all the needed elements. Like a nursery rhyme! I didn't underestimate it, by nursery rhyme, what I mean is, it is so simple and exquisite to read... I love it so much.

FINAL WORDS - That was a good writ. Keep writing and Kmu. All the best.

That was written BEAUTIFULLY! Unlike what somebody else said, I don't think you need to change the rhymy-ness. I think it's excellent and I really like it. The picture is beautiful. Thanks for the great read. =)

This is marvelous.
Greatly put, with thought-provoking meaning, nicely formatted, and it even rhymes. I can't tell you how to 'improve' this, or to even critique it, since I think it's perfect. The title you chose, is nice as well. Although I would enjoy reading any poem about wolves, I know that this one is just outstanding and it's unique in its own way. However, if I have to sum it up, the poem is just amazing. Absolutely deserves a 'like'.
