Its petals are soft to the touch but its thorns are hard as nails.

Every Rose has its Thorn
[Watch the thorns, they sting like blades]

Revenge by the Dozen, the stem touching your fingertips
A thousand needles, threaded through your skin
Long are the incisions, deep inbedded are the blades

Every Rose has a Scent
[Blood is the stench, cutting into your flesh]

Petals soft as the skin on the inside of your wrist
Blood trickles down your arm, brighter then the rose thats red
Sweet perfume, the scent still lingers on your flesh

Every Rose has its Beauty
[And all beauty has its evil]

Every rose has its thorn and darkness
Beauty has it evil and desire, deadly as you scream
Remember not all things are what they seem…
