RED

Blood spreading quickly and running from her body, as she was dying slowly on the cold floor, the world was changing with her as the center.

After a bank robbery a girl was shot and she was lying on the cold floor as blood was everywhere and life was slipping away from her. "Dying as a hero isn't that bad" she thought, as she had protected the man she was in love with, "at least he will live". She wasn't feeling the pain anymore, she was only feeling the cold coming from the floor and the warmth of the hand which was holding hers. The hand of the man she had protected. The bright red floor filled with her blood was beginning to form signs and symbols as 7 men appeared  around her. They formed a circle around her. "We need to contain her. If she awakes now the world will fall in to chaos." They started trying to erase the blood on the floor and erase the symbols. Soon the lights started flipping, the earth began shaking, Her almost lifeless body, started to lift up in the air. "We really need to stop her before she becomes Her." The 7 men where starting to get nervous and scared. As the last drops of blood where falling from her body, it was as the skies where opening up as the earth was praying to the sky as the oceans where screaming, when the wound on her body was starting to heal, her veins filling up with new blood. She was slowly returning from the brink of death slowly returning to life. But could she be the same? What was she? in a world without magic she was saved by a strange force, saved by a force that couldn't possibly exist in our world. And some where more prepared then others. Someone knew what she was. As she was opening her eyes, the 7 men where dying around her. As she saw what was happening as she understood everything she stopped, but it was to late they where almost dead, and trying to save them she could only save one of them. He was a young man, with short black hair, with dark blue eyes and a build body.

Beautygirl

It is quite an interesting thought, but i'm sure people would like to hear more. It's way too short. A short story doesn't mean a summary or a few sentences. You seem to be new with writing short stories. But this just seems like more of something that could be turned into a poem.

Sorry but I just started writing it last night. Its not a short story and I find it troublesome to write somewhere else and then transfer it here. So I ll write more of it don't worry...

I agree with beautygirl, it needs to be much longer as this seems like the blurb on the back of a book. I really like the idea though and would be intrigued to read more
