All of us harbour the demons that keep us up at night, we allow them to bother us...but why? Secretly, we enjoy the feeling of hopelessness...

I've lost my sense of self
lost gone forever surpressed
the feelings of worhtlessness
hatred and utter self loathing.

I miss her friendship
if you could call it that.
The sweet sorrows she brought me
like welcome gifts to a newborn child.

Believe in the dark
for it is what's good
the dark is not bad
merely misunderstood.

We all harbour the demons
that keep us up at night
offering them a place to stay
a crevice deep inside the mind.

Festering she makes her way
corupting the concious I never really had.
Eating away at the flesh
escaping through my eyes.
