Smoke. Like clouds they dissipate.
Only a moment you see;
Then gone like fate.
Let it be.

It feels so good
Breathing it in; calms me down
Only a moment of the unlikely hood
Then my happy turns to a frown

Satisfaction is what I need
To keep me moving on this life
Start over and plant the seed
This should be all to suffice

I just don’t get it
Where must I turn?
I just might need to get lit
Watch the end of the cigarette burn

It’s the same pattern over again
I quit many times before
I keep twisting the rules to make them bend
Its fighting against my flesh in this war

Smoke. I love to watch it swirl around me
At times it seems to be unbearable to quit
I want to be unhitched from this and be free
I want to be satisfied and relax and sit.
