The edge of unyeilding decision stands before me.

Do I jump or do I run?

The pressure of these flooding waters is breaking through the dam.

Time is a dying virtue.

This ultimatum longs for closure,.

And this iron around my wrist bears no resemblance to chains.

Oh how we impison ourselves.

The option of understanding is long washed away.

These virtious phantoms plea for shacklement.

We all know their curse.

A leap of faith to free thyself,

or a long awated solitude.

Is freedom worth the risk of death?

Or has the waning dawn arrived.

These shattered lines of morality send me to my fate.
