A A A

I thought at least I had a few reasons,
Something to hide behind at the very end.
Something which could keep me safe,
Which could not break- but bend.

As I think, I understand, I hate,
I tear at my own worst insecurities.
Pull down the wall, attack behind,
Lose all sense of my security

I catch myself in my own destruction,
Blast through all layers of defence,
I get lost in clouding worries,
Lose all of my hope and sense.

And I know what can happen,
I now know what I can do,
And even though I may need help,
I will never tell anyone the truth.
