This is different from most of my poetry. It's just practice of writing poetry not about me, or my emotions. Just a story, or event :3

Poignant Beauty Queen with the eyes of snow,
The pretty little character in every show,
Cutting lines of her pure white blow,
The bottle in her hand swinging to and fro.

For Poignant Beauty Queen, jewels are cheap,
The money and fame too easy to reap,
Which is why she lies alone unable to sleep,
Because years ago she got in too deep.

All she understands is the touch of skin,
The rush of adrenaline and heat of sin,
The way her tongue is bitten by a sip of gin,
And the way she can never seem to win.

Poignant Beauty Queen screams into the night,
Surrounded by the demons she cannot fight,
She still holds onto the pills so white,
Fixes for things which never go right.

Poignant beauty queen with the eyes of snow,
The pretty little character in every show,
Her heart stopped beating, she lost her glow,
But Poignant Beauty Queen died years ago.
