Back and forth, back and forth,
Swaying all along the dance floor.
Dips and dives, the usual steps,
Death and I are familiar friends.
I’ve seen him before taking a life,
When I waved he looked surprised.
But then he smiled a twisted grin,
There and then he knew my sin.
When death dies, I will replace him,
So this Dance With Death is in fact needed.
Back and forth, back and forth,
I drop death as he falls to the floor.
When death dies, his job is mine,
When death dies, I’ll start dying.
So this Dance With Death is my very last,
He finally rests, I finally start.
Dancing With Death is a risky thing,
So who will be my first victim?
