His idea for going into law, finally leading him to his desires of an IAS. Brought-up by his grandparents and staying away from his biological parents kilometers away, he found his closest friend and life in his grandparents. Imagination and desires as young kid till teen, he wanted to be a person serving in Indian Army. What life makes you awaiting for is always unknown, turning up to law and defining a hard working man. Having sleepless nights, writing book, Aditya Rai shares a circle indeed shapes you. A third year student, with support of cousins and friends leads the journey to book lasted 6-5 months. \"And Thereafter They Changed\", a book that connects to each teen sitting and reading. Posing Aditya's opinion, \"Teens and tweens need to be career oriented. With flings considered love or love actually happening things are at verge of changing. The two things that count in life are: 1. Family and 2. Career. If either of two gets affected, start ending up. Ending up doesn't mean finishing off but trying maintain a distance. Teenagers rather are stubborn, but then need to find good friends in parents. Apparently, with the traditional customs, teens prefer their friends sharing feelings. A link needing to be maintained from both end is indeed required. 100% giving into a relationship, and yet not affecting the two essentials of life, is when you can go with things at best. For most of the cases and time, teenagers are quite distracted. Selecting a good partner and then balancing life with career and family at utmost, the novel brings up this to readers. Referring love as a volatile substance is a stance reveals that \"Love\" could affect life in many areas. Giving up everything in relationship, knowing you are a winner and then being left with some pity reasons, deserts and disconnects a person. Saving this from teens, the novel would be a great help.\" For the priorities defined by the author, first comes family, then let your career shape, with some friends and then at last if you could manage, \"Relationship and Love\". Holding up things at your end doesn't make it beautiful. Somethings being to end and few to last. A book for teenagers, of teenagers and in portray of life of teenagers, is a complete package to link incidences to life. For upcoming writers, Aditya says, \"Demoralization is often. Publishers trouble. But, when decided to do can make you do everything once imagined. Keep yourself motivated. There might be times, where you might just not feel like writing. For me, my friends and cousins had been all the way standing and motivating.\" So Teenagers and Tweenagers getting deviated read \"And Thereafter They Changed\". For all the writers wanting to write and communicate, Aditya stands as an inspiration.
