Poetry.

That lovely little number
dangles in the distance.
One more emotional ride
to prove her heart's existence.

Bleed her soul out
one word at a time,
one last line --
a voiceless end
to a piercing rhyme.
Drip that feeling out
with the ink in this pen,
that one she has left...
the one that was able to love again;
to hurt again.

To look at,
never to touch;
one last beat for one
she lusted for so much...

Bleed her soul out
one word at a time,
one last line --
a voiceless end
to a piercing rhyme.
Drip that feeling out
with the ink in this pen,
that one she has left...
the one that was able to love again;
to hurt again.

That lovely little number
dangles in the distance.
One more emotional ride
to prove her heart's existence.

I absolutely love this piece!! It reminds me of this "neighbor" I once had. She was beyond gorgeous! I would watch her graceful steps to her front door when she came home but that's where it would end. I wish things were different
