let's put back these stars
she felt so familiar
it's my mistake
she had this dance
one so beautiful
like she was barefoot
on broken stained glass

her feet so graceful
close to walking on water
the stage stuck to her sole
white ballet held her passion
her dance, timely and complex
the glass under her feet
grew her passion

her life is on that stage
tainted the red of desire
her feet cut and open
the life inside roots on stage
puddles of blood follow her dance
she loved the theater
so she painted it passion
