The taste of earth produces my kiss of death
and crumbles my desert into tiny pieces.
The ocean of emotion takes a last breath:
exhaling all of the stress releases.
Eyes locked for a destructive relationship:
I hold out for your warm, delicate embrace,
dropping the anchor on the abandon ship
for your return to my lonely poison place.
But your cauldron spits out unrequited
like a fiery dragon escaping the reins.
The poison proclaims: 'I am delighted'
but you only cared about crawling in veins.
Reality o'clock has chimed its twelve bells:
liberation has occurred within the cells!
