Mr Gum and the dancing bear!

By Andy Stanton

A book review by Emmy Barnes

This story is all about bears (as you can tell from the title). In my opinion this story is the best! Now I am going to tell you about it...

First of all I am going to tell you about the characters in this book. Mr Gum is rude, selfish, mean and lazy; he also lives in Labonicbibbler. Not only that, Mr. Gum also has a gruesome friend called Billy William III who is almost as cruel as him. Polly is a young girl who tries to make peace and happiness in the world despite Mr. Gum trying to stop her. Meanwhile, Johnathon Ripples is the fattest man in town, or possibly the world!

When a massive bear comes into town, join Polly on her quest to stop the lonely bear being so melancholy and homesick.
