Can you hear me? I see you standing there
the sea playing at your feet. Clouds rushing
across the sky, seagulls flying way up on high.

Can you hear me, can you hear me?
I love you - I love you.

See the sunlight glinting in your bright red hair,
you brilliant emerald eyes raised to the skys.
You look so far away, way out of reach,
standing on that beach.

Can you hear me, can you hear me?
I love you - I love you.

The sound of the surf pounding on the rocks
drowning out my voice.  You turn and you stare
through the glare, you smile and I know,
you can hear me.

You can hear me.  I love you - I love you.
Yes! I do, I love you
