I'm not that very good with writing poems, but I've tried.

Can’t believe it’s been 17 years without you,

3 months ago it was my birthday and you didn’t had a clue.

To be honest it hurts me to see others with them and not having you,

Because you decided to forget you had me and my sister too.

When I needed you the most you weren’t there,

Life has given me hell on earth and I really don’t think it’s fair!

I wish I never hated you like I’m doing now,

But to love you, and care for you…what? Now? But How?!

Last time I saw you, you brought bad news, words unspoken,

When you left without goodbye you left me crying, heartbroken.

When somebody says I look just like you or acted like you, I feel ashamed,

Because you’re not here to laugh and, of course, take the blame.

I pray to God every night, in silence to see your face before you die,

Because I know that in you’re disgusting mind, you’ll repeat to yourself that I've never tried.

Looking for you took me years and time,

I can just pass by you, and you’ll act like you're blind.

I know you’ll need me sooner or later; the world goes round and round,

And I’ll never be there for you to say, My daughter I’ve found..
