Quite a few years ago, I had a dream. I’d
wake; live my day, then when it was time to return to
bed, the dream would continue as if I never woke up.
For a while, I was almost convinced that I was living
in parallel dimensions. Ha. The dream was so
detailed and intense, that I would awake in cold
sweats, heart racing, screaming, you name it. Every
wild night was an adventure, and a terror. I didn’t
want to sleep for fear of what I’d experience next.
Finally, the dreams ceased, and I had the
first full 8 hours of sleep I had, had in two years.
Due to the graphic nature of the dreams, it
took some convincing for me to write it out, but it is
becoming well worth it. I see a little clearer, I’m a
little stronger, but so much more… relieved.
Thank you Alexis, Jennifer, Crystal, and everyone else for your encouragement.
This book is the first sequence of events. I
can only hope each word, each sentence makes you feel
that same intensity I felt every time I’d close my eyes.
