Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Art is anything one finds aesthetically pleasing, or “beautiful.”

Beauty is art, art is beauty.

Rhae is beautiful, therefore she is art.

She paints her hair the colors of the rainbow,

She pierces her body with barbs of originality and uniqueness.

Draws on her arms and legs with a razor for her pain,

Filling her body with drugs she numbs life and becomes surreal, a painting.

Black pupils dilated in a sea of blue, now green, and now grey…

Ever-changing portals to the soul, whirlpools of emotion.

Confusion wrapped hazardously in the body of Rhae.

Pale skin like death dotted with freckles, marred with scars,

Barely a child…

Never an adult.
