Silent. Driven. Watchful. He who brought others under his mercy was now under an ill fated spell. His large grey eyes were bound to her. They explored the fine edges that created her breasts. She was naked and in plain view. Her pink sun kissed lips were aching for love and comfort. Still, she would not find it in these woods. She suddenly found herself lost and afraid. It was just she and the hunter. The hunter collapsed under her full blown radiant beauty and broke a small lifeless twig. Noise erupted.

She stood still. Silence filled the air as the wind carried away her silent screams. A pinch of embarrassment overtook the hunter. Now he was the naked one for he had been heard. The woman’s eyes were wild in fear. Alone, she wasn’t. She wondered what lurked by. Her breath was crushing her. She could no longer breathe and so she dropped onto the dirt floor.

The hunter was at fault. He felt guilt looming over his shoulder. And so he approached her ever so silently and carefully. He was on top of her now. Her face was pale and white. If there was any life left in her, this could be.

The hunter leaned down and touched her lips. His tongue thrust itself inside. She awoke. Her eyes full of fear lunged a wave of guilt over him. She slapped him away. He fell. His legs had betrayed him once again. The woman got up and stared. He could feel her stare and it started to bother him. “Please, help me find my home” she spoke. Her voice penetrated his thoughts and devoured his heart.

He nodded. The hunter sniffed at her hand. She had the familiar scent as any other human. His nose picked up the scent and motioned her to follow. Her graceful walk made him feel nervous and afraid. In a way, he was her prey. He had betrayed his love of hunting. There was no way back now. It was too late. Her home was nearing close for the scent grew stronger and stronger.

It was here. They had reached her destination. The hunter spotted a group of humans huddled together, they were women. They saw him and screamed. Men came out with knives and daggers. It was him. The hunter was in hostile territory. The young woman whom he had fallen for was now being dragged away into the shadows. The men grabbed the hunter and started stabbing him in the chest. Blood oozed. It was warm and inviting. The hunter glanced at the sky for the first time and felt himself floating. This was the end. Silence.

NOTE: the story was about a wolf who fell in love with a female human
