In my voice, can you hear my pain?
Outside our shelters, all I see is rain.
Broken hearts and shattered promises guide the way, child.
We are all set aside, put away, exiled.
There is no saviour from the wolves that haunt us in the dark
Nothing can save us, Not a light or a spark.
I can't promise an escape
But We all have our scars that we hide
There's no way from this empty bedside
So, child listen to me when I say
Life is a game, a cliche highway.
