This is pretty much a song about someone contemplating suicide.

I look through the rain soaked window

Into the darkening day

Not thinking of where I'm at

Not thinking of who I am

Staring at the once shining sun

The falling rain gives me comfort when nothing else can

Oh I wish I could be anywhere but here

The temptation is too much to bear

I am falling

Falling with the rain

My life had broken me down until I became nothing

The scars I bear are painful and unforgettable memories

There's not much hope for me anymore

Now leave me be

The falling rain gives me comfort when nothing else can

Oh I wish I could be anywhere but here

The temptation is too much to bear

I am falling

Falling with the rain

The soothing sound of the rain hitting the ground

Takes me away from reality

My soul exits my body when I hear the falling rain

I don't want it to end

I have taken abuse so many times

I feel like I don't belong

I can't live with myself now

So I ask you this:

Why didn't you save me

The falling rain gives me comfort when nothing else can

Oh I wish I could be anywhere but here

The temptation is too much to bear

I am falling

Falling with the rain

So many thoughts are inside my head

Should I stay or should I leave

Why is this so painful

Give me strength...
