Day after day we seem to be growing older and older
When they hear the scream of death, they tremble and fall
The poor bastards can never go home

Wishing we were never here
Tormented by the dead and the ill
Driving each other insane
This glorified hell will be our cause of death

Inhuman actions curse these young men
Made them trusted heroes and saints
Wishing they were never here
I don't wish to see them again

Wishing we were never here
Tormented by the dead and the ill
Driving each other insane
This glorified hell will be our cause of death

Watching you scratch at where your heart was
Waiting for myself to regain sanity
In this glorified hell we call justice
Taking time to think about the options I'm given
Take and drag me away from here

Wishing we were never here
Tormented by the dead and the ill
Driving each other insane
This glorified hell will be our cause of death

Watch out for those pockets of death
One wrong step and it'll swallow you
Until darkness clouds your eyes

When you see how young they are
When we see all their hoes and dreams
Everything being flushed away in an instant
Why couldn't they be spared

Wishing we were never here
Tormented by the dead and the ill
Driving each other insane
This glorified hell will be our cause of death
