A poem every teen girl can relate to

tears ran down her face

as she met her own eyes

she couldnt see it

she didnt know she was beautiful

her confidence and empty space

resulting in her cries

but what she didnt get

was that her thoughts were disputable

she continued in her sorrow

seeing no way out

her self confidence withering away

like a flower left to die

hope is hard to follow

when her heart is full of doubt

so sorrow leads the way

and her insecurities stay high

her depression gets whe best of her

and worsens over time

all hope that was once there

is lost in an instant

the happy days that once were

have been taken by this crime

a crime that is too hard to bare

and begins to make her distant

her thoughts drift into a new boundary

and she starts hating life

its too late to stop it now

its already taken control

loss of confidence is something scary

its like a virus that starts off rife

it takes over if you allow

and swallows you whole
