"The marginal utility of Good ‘X’ will be—". The bell rings. I sigh in relief as our Professor compiles his books and walks out of the classroom.

Its lunch break, but I will have to stay back, have notes to complete and an obnoxious project to submit! Picking at the books of my friend, I attempt to find the one I need as I hear his voice. I stop at once: he is standing right outside our classroom, talking to some of his friends. My eyes dart below, feeling the blood rush over my face. I turn my attention back on the books, listening to the sound of his voice as I am doing so. It feels like music. I open a random book and pretend to be writing as he laughs on something. Oh! How my heart skips a beat. I steal a quick glance once again, out of temptation and there the pencil slips out of my hand onto the floor. Shit! I bend on impulse but it’s too late. I have caught his attention.

I look at him, flushed. “Hey, long time! How are you?" he asks."O! hi" I said, my voice surprisingly steady, “Am good” i smile. Hell! Now I am.
