Flying On Cloud Nine

Who says people can't fly?

Every time you kiss me I soar.

I forget every time I've ever wanted to cry,

Lost in a rush of feelings that drown out my thoughts in a roar.

Tragically faling to protect myself form you,

Finding my soul exposed by my ruined wall,

Hoping and praying that this is true,

Wishing that there was no way to fall

From this ledge up here on cloud nine.

I never want these feelings to end,

Secretly I fear that things won't be fine.
