Our body needs a discipline to be in the state of total health. What is the health this question is very important for us. We can be dependent solely on the medium to remain healthy but it is not practically true to remain in a healthy state; our body demands something more. It requires appropriate laughter free of tension. As an important ingredient laughter yields a healthy state of mind. The more we become aged the more we are engulfed by the social bonds as necessary by society’s norms. We tend to be away for the arts, dance and music etc.
