Poem by: Malaxter
mythology, zeus, replacement, kronos
Submitted: March 12, 2013
The great Zeus killed Kronos
In a place called Hobose
Then he became king
Of both you and me
Until he was replaced
By some other face

Very nice. I used to love learning mythology in school.
I love mythology. Greek and Roman in particular, but I also enjoy Norse mythology.
the last line ruined it for me mate I would have liked to see another two lines and had more drama. the first 5 lines had story and telling but that last line fell flat for me. I like your style I must admit, I am off to read more.
Yeah, I couldn't figure out what to do next. I wrote it when I was in a slump. Originally it was planned to be several pages long.
I loved the last 2 lines! I was expecting something more serious, and found myself laughing at the end.
