"Do you like to travel?"

He ran a finger to his curls and stared at the distance, trying his hardest to hide the smile that played on his lips when she asked him.

"Don't my bags say something?"

She laughed, a kind of music that he wanted to put on repeat for the rest of his life. And though this was the frst time he actually heard her laugh, her voice, he knew that he doesn't want to live a day without hearing it. And he wondered how he became the luckiest man alive.

"I bet it does. I mean, did you even weigh them yet"

"Who cares," he said, "I didn't put too much detail on what I'm bringing."

"Naughty." he replied, chuckling softly.

His watch beeped, it's time to leave. She heard it too, and though saying goodbye made her sad, there was a sparkle in her eyes that tells him she feels otherwise.

"I'll miss you," she said.

"I'm gonna miss you too, princess."

"See you in fifteen hours?"

"I love you." He said, his voice of sadness and excitement.

"I love you too." She said, and this time he didn't have to hide his smile.

She ended the call and he walked to where his plane was waiting. He stared at the skies, knowing it would be the last time he'd look at them alone.

"In fifteen hours," he whispered, as he boards his plane. "I'm going to be with the girl of my dreams."
