As the sounds of the police sirens follows me, I run as quickly as I can to evade the cops. I have been accused of a murder of an elderly couple, but I never did it, yet the police found a knife that was in my pockets. Who put it there? That I have no clue.

In an attempt to hide, I climb a pipe and into an open window and close it shut. A few minutes going incognito, and the police sirens dims down.

With no clue as to where I am going, I roam around the dark streets, until my eyes catch the glimpse of bright lights from the right. From the looks of it shows some sort of a mansion resemblance.

No reports about me has shown up yet, or at least, that's what I'm hoping for. I decide to keep walking, but I notice two street officers coming my way. I hide in the bushes in front of the mansion, and they left. "Sigh!"

"Hey, what are you doing out here?" I turn around and find someone eating a piece of shrimp. "You're here for the party right?"

"A party?" What party is this person talking about?

"Yes, come on in this family is always looking for new people to meet." Before I can ask, this eccentric nutjob drags me in.

Inside the mansion, it looks really old-styled as if it were the general's home. I walk into a banquet room, which had a fairy tale themed party. "They're throwing a surprise birthday party for the daughter, only five, though the castle cake is arriving late."

"Do you know the family?"

"Yes I do, they're friendly people.." Just as I was about to learn about nonsense, my ears pick up on the doorbell ring. "I wonder if it's the police."

I turn my head as my spine tinggled at the sound of that word. "The police?"

"Yeah, some lunatic killed an elderly couple and they found a knife in his pants. This idiot is on the run and..."

"Uh yeah, I heard the news. Will you give me a second, I have to go to the washroom."

As I left the room, I turn my head back to find police officers at the front door. Crap! I run upstairs in the dark. I walk through the mansion, but the only thing I could see are lights illuminating from the windows.

"AAAHHH!!!!" I hear a scream ahead of me. I quickly follow the sound, and I stumble upon a dead body of a woman. What! She got corked with a wine screw.

My ears pick up on the dim footstep sounds. I try to run away, but my ears pick up on the sound of footsteps coming from ahead. With the first door in my sight, I hid behind that door.

As I look out, everyone circles around the body. Some old guy with a cane gets questioned by the police and I was able to hear the interrogation.

"So that's everything you know about her?" Asked one officer.

"Yes, that's all I know."

Turns to his partner. "Hey Miller, take a look at the screw. The fingerprint stamped on this was the same one on the knife."

"You're saying that killer is here?"

"You mean the one called the night crawler?"

"Yes, you would expect an organized killer would dress organized."

Laughter comes out of both officers. "Yeah, all I saw was a low life thug."

Crap, I have to get out of here now.

As everyone was going back downstairs, I walk out of the closet door and towards the opposite direction.

"Hey!" I turn around. That weirdo again. "Aren't you coming down, you know the night crawler is crawling in this mansion."

"Look, I tried telling you I don't know you, yet you drag me inside just like that. I'm not supposed to be here."

"I sometimes do that, I just like to meet new people."

"Look, I still can't come downstairs."

"Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about the knife."

"How do you know about the knife?"

"Hey, I said it's ok. I know you're not the night crawler. You just got framed that's all. We can explain it to the police and your name will be cleared."

I dont know what this person wants, but I have no choice but to put my trust in another's hands. We walk towards the stairs, but I was stopped. "I forgot, we need an alibi for our absense. Let's go in here." We both hide in another room. This room has cannons and rifles all in their places.

"What are you doing? I thought we were going to tell them everything."

"Yes but remember, the little details we give them will be used against us, we can't have that now can we."

"Okay then, what's the alibi?"

"That you were attacked, but I saved your life and the killer escaped."

"I guess."

"Yeah, but there's only one problem."

"What's is it?"

"I didn't save your life."

I don't get it at first, but suddenly it strikes me. The killer lunges into me and tries to stab my heart. I block the attack, disarm the knife, and hide behind one of the cannons. The night crawler grabs the gun, and shoots up once before searching for me. I find a cannonball inside one of the cannons. Sweet, I could use this. I grab the cannonball and wait for the killer to get close.

"CANNON-BALL!!" I struck the skull and down goes the killer. The heart was beating so I'm safe. I grab some ropes to tie the killer. I hear knocking sounds from the door.

"This is the police, open this door!"

It's been enough drama for one night. I'm going to turn this lunatic in and clear my name, and it'll be done with.
