Jenny and Ashely have been friends since first grade. They were like sisters because every time you saw Jenny, you saw Ashely. Jenny was annointed at a early age. She was in the choir, a Sunday school teacher, and a member of the fellowship team. Just about anything to do with God and the church she was involved. On the other hand, Ashely was just a church member. Ashely only would attend Sunday service, no bible studies, no Sunday School. As time goes by, Jenny and Ashely weren't close as they were when they were children. They were still friends, but not close friends. Jenny and Ashely were seniors in high school, and Jenny begged Ashely to come back to church and live for God and not her friends. Ashely told Jenny that she didn't need God or his church and told Jenny that she didn't need her either. Jenny asked what had gotten into her, and Ashely told Jenny that she found some real friends because she couldn't deal with the church stuff. Jenny told Ashely that she was making a big mistake by turning her back on God, and Ashely started laughing at Jenny calling her a fool. Ashely told Jenny to get out of her presence because she had to go to a party. Jenny went home and got on her knees and prayed to God and asked God to change Ashely. Jenny asked God what should she do, and God told her just Continue to pray. That Monday at school, Jenny told Ashely that she needed to be saved and baptized in Jesus Christ name and walk with God. Ashely said that she didn't need to be saved, she didn't need to go down in the holy water, and she walk alone not with God. Ashely told Jenny to stay out her business and her life. Usually Jenny never goes to any sports events at school, but she went to the homecoming game. After the game Jenny came across Ashely and Jenny asked Ashely if she had been drinking. Ashely told Jenny that she wasn't her parent and she and her God needed to stay out of her life. Jenny begged Ashely to come home with her. Ashely told Jenny that she had other plans with her real friends. Around four in the morning on the way home, the driver lost control of the vehicle and run into an 18 wheeler truck. Four of the five passengers Were dead on the scene. The wreck was so bad that they couldn't identify the bodies at the scene. The last victim was rushed to the emergency room in critical condition. Later that day, Jenny got the news about a bad accident that morning, and four of the five passengers died. Jenny just dropped down on her knees and starting praying for the families who lost their loved ones. She was praying for the one who was fighting for their life. Once Jenny finished her prayer, she went over to Ashely's house, but didn't get a answer. Ashely's parents were out of town for the weekend, so Jenny didn't think anything of it. She thought maybe Ashely was still asleep. Jenny drove back home and turned on the tv and saw breaking news that the bodies had been identified as 18 year old high school students. When they started calling out the names, Jenny realized that they called Ashely's name for the survivor. Jenny got down on her knees and starting praying to God. Jenny called Ashely's parents and told them that Ashely was in a bad car accident, and she is the only survivor. Ashely's parents told Jenny that they will be on the next flight. Jenny went up to the hospital. She prayed and prayed for Ashely, and the doctor told Jenny that it's a chance that she would not make it. Jenny pulled her bible out and started reading it. Jenny wasn't thinking about what the doctor was talking about, she had faith in God and knew she had God on her side. Jenny stayed by Ashely's bedside for days and nights. Jenny would go to school, church, and right back to Ashely's bedside. A few weeks go by and Ashely finally opened up her eyes, and when she open them, the first person she saw was Jenny. Tears began falling from Jenny's eyes as she was praising God shouting that my God is an Awesome God. Ashely broke down in tears. Ashely asked Jenny what happened, and Jenny told her that she was in a bad car accident, four of her friends were killed, and she was the only one to survive the car accident. Ashely closed her eyes and started praying in tears giving God the glory. Two weeks later, Ashely was released from the hospital. The first place Jenny and Ashely went was to the Bishop of their church and told him that she wanted to change her life around. She told the bishop she was ready to submit her life to Jesus Christ, and she was ready to be saved and baptized in Jesus Christ name, filled with the Holy Ghost, and Walk With God. The Bishop said we will wash all your sins away tomorrow in Jesus Christ name. Ashely was Baptized on that Sunday morning. Ashely told her testimony about how she didn't believe in God, and God had to almost take her life to see that he is real. Ashely thanked Jenny for being there for her when Satan had control of her mind. Ashely is now a full time member of the church, she is in the choir, and she is now a Sunday school teacher and a member of the fellowship team. The most important thing is she is walking with God!!!!
