OUR TINY CHILD.

A tiny child I carried in me,
created through your love and mine.
Blessed by God, growing slowly, but surely,
in our Heavenly Father's Love Divine.
Happily we planned and waited,
filled with love and joy were we.
Soon we were all devastated,
when our baby died in me!
What had we done to deserve this?
Others sometimes ponder why...
Past mistakes, or hates, or angers,
must be to blame they sometimes cry!
"Repent and all will be Forgiven -
 punshment is what this is!"
But... what of God's Love and Forgiveness?
Where's the Understanding which is His?
Humbly and heartbroken we'd repented at His Knee,
trusting in our Heavenly Father's Forgiveness...
So... do we listen to the pessimists free -
or trust in God, all Good things to come from Him?
Where was all the Christian caring,
from our Christian 'Family'?
Non-existant, non-apparent -
left alone our grief to feel...
So we turned to One Who Loves us,
Steadfastly He SHARES our pain.
Listens to our tears and sorrows,
helps us feel His Love again.
For Jesus Sets each one of us a mission -
to help the unloved FEEL loved again!
Yet... because of lack of compassion,
we turn our backs on Him again.
Loving listens to each other's burdens,
loving listens to each other's cares...
It has little to do with 'religionism' -
EVERYTHING TO DO WITH JESUS' EVERY DAY HEART REPAIRS!!!

(Written after I miscarried our second baby in December, 1988)
