The crisp, cool chill kissed the back of my neck. As I glared at the familiar, unmoving body. Every part of my soul was tense. The presence was so close, I could nearly identify the size of it. My senses told me of something much stronger than I, towering behind me. I attempted to breath, deeply, but only failing to realize that was not an option any longer. The single movement of my chin assured the demon. My hair, grasped and yanked. Lunging me into a fall so free, it felt like I had grown wings. The only thing visible was the dark unknown that lies at the bottom.
