I wrote this poem for my friend Becky who is battling terminal cancer. I wanted BEcky to know she is not alone and that with faith and courage she could face anything. Home Again is a short poem focused on the choices we all face at some time in our lives and the hope that will bring us all "Home Again"

When times are hard and the road seems long and
You are weary from your journey,
Call on God's courage to fight the battles,
That will lead you to eternity.

When your smile seems so far away and
Your strength is gone to face the day,
Cry out to the Lord to show you His light,
And you will always know the way.

For in this life we learn to love, to hope
To dream, to care,
But God has in store a place for all,
Where in His glory we will share.

Be not afraid dear child of God
Your Father's love has no end,
He will wrap you in His loving arms
And carry you home again.
