I wrote this when I wondered what will keep me standing.

How much more can one heart take

How much more before it breaks

How much love to mend a heart

How much time until it falls apart

How many tears can my eyes spill

Before they dry up and fall still

How much heartache, how much pain

Will it take until I feel again

How long will I fall through the clouds

Will I crack before I hit the ground

How many nails break on the wall

How many shrieks on deaf ears fall

How many wounds should I bear

How much more should I care

How much more could my soul take

How much more before I break.
