Senorita
walking solemnly through a pavement teeming
with suits for work on a monday morning
Have I had any tweet
that I was to taste the heavenly sweet.
All faces greedy for shilling
except for one filled with hankering.
not of making bills
but for giving good wills.
I was mesmerized by the beauty,
was an item of creation by mighty.
eyes like petals of gladiolus
lips of a greek goddess,
skin as tender as dew drop
making helios look gloomy in the back drop.
I couldin control but to approach her
thinking of a prattle between me and her
but all I could do is give a helpless smile
which she took in sight for a while
people around slackened to gaze at her
even the statues gandered her
I gaped till my eyes could spy
even without making a sigh...
she was gone had i sensed
a sting of grief in me pinched
with a dopey smile I said in my head
she is to meet me someday ahead.
