i DIDNT HEAR THEM DROP

Of soap he had great fear

His hair grew very long 
And was wrapped around his head
It was styled with grease and hairspray
Hard as a helmet on his head

His clothes became designer
With motifs here and there
But his smell became much higher
For any girl to care

His face became a pizza 
His feet grew like a clowns
His metabolism went fast forward
His washing fell on the floor in great mounds

He became head of the house
Well in his mind anyway
How I had survive for13 years without his input 
I often heard myself say

His mood swings were aggressive
His fist swung at his brother
But he was told he would find the exit to the house quite fast
If he ever swung one at his mother

Then all off a sudden he had secrets 
Doors were flung in my face
Something big had grown
Coz his body parts were covered in haste 

I didn't want to taunt him
And neither did I stare
But I had to point out one little thing 
If it only took "a whole " hand to cover it 
No one really did care 

So now I don't understand
The world is a mystery to me 
How I had acquired this lumbering gonky thing
Full of attitude and energy

And what happened to his hearing
I think I must get it checked
Coz the music booming from his pit
Is making my head ache 
Like its been hit 

I've heard that it gets worst
Before it gets much better
The signs of improvement are teeth brushing
And he will become a real go getter 

So I await in anticipation 
For that coming day 
When aftershave is added as a toiletrie

And not a smell barricade
