Getting through life, I guess. This poem and a few others I'll put on are ones from a while ago. I didn't want to publish them then because it was too personal. Now, times move on. Nevertheless, in the end, for me, this is a poem about walking with the God who I believe in. For you it might mean something different.

I see you, gawp eyes and horror full,
frail at the touch of ricket full corpses,
jumping in excrement that's up to your
nose, chewing on your tongue.

I see pass times fade, reliant on fads,
compacted into pixellated frames and
damaged scars.

I see the light behind me; but I don't
deserve it.

I fell to touch, the shoulder brightened
and hands shaking it out.
of me out.
of it out.

out.

you're out.
i've got to give it a chance.
I've got to forget failed romance
and those eyes, those days I
agonize over this and that.
I've got to give you a chance.

sorry.

yaba and shal ilkely son ak; and all that.

sorry.

lets walk.
