Good Morning Day, Good Morning Lie

Good morning day, filled with light
Taunting me with hope that I might
Be happy today, be something I like
So I crawl out of bed and through you I fight
How many times have you fooled me?
How many times have you lied?
How many times have you brightened the world when the world is not really so nice?
The dark of the sun has never been seen
Never been seen by anyone but me.

Wow. This is pretty deep, and has something different to it then other poems I've read of the same genre. I can't tell what, nut this is good. :) ~madz
