Turn your back from the signals

Turn your back from the pain

Turn your back from the smiles

That scream through the rain.

Turn your mind from the thoughts

Turn your heart from the feel

Turn you soul from fire

That holds up your pain

Run away now

Run as fast as you can

The darkness consumes a somber man

The masses that walk the masses that cry

You say you're alright until the day that you die

No one can feel it no one but you the darkening shadow that follows you

It consumes the night and swallows the light it holds you firmly with a grip oh so tight

Run now run from me but all you will have is a single company

The sadness consumes the sadness will toy and eat your dreams of hop away

Your smile will fade you'll pray for the day that the sunshine never goes away.

In this beautiful tragedy a life will turn to gray as the rest of you just walk away.
