Cold the kisses on the back of my neck

Silent the fall of man

Black the heart of the rich

Gold the gleam of the sun

Eyes interpret dreams the same

Spies to collapse all the pain

Little angels to sing your song

Of peace a broken tome

Powdered dust in a bloody vessel

Powdered dreams of a bloodshot home

Bodies around circles are formed

Singled out to find this home

Alone soon alone for all

Alone to kiss these broken bones

One more kiss

One more dream

Mephestes comes at last

Hold on to me as I cling to the throngs of time

Hold for one second longer

Day is done

Night is upon us

A secret told as one is lost

Hold the final prayer

A fragile hand doth reach

Grab my heart and crush it now

Take me to the promise land.
