Should I have taken his smile as a sign?. Do i pray that the shame was guilt?. Then it hits me hard his fist, as I turned away. He says its because I looked at him wrong. But I promise I never pushed him or did I. I say to my self late at night that he will change. He will wake up one day and treat me like the princess he says I am. My friends tell me otherwise, they dont know our love for each other. He arsked me to have his child a week ago. I know deep down it would not be unfair to raise a child in this love of ours. Truthly I was scared to say no. He had just tryed to straggled me moments before. So I dropped my head and said yes. As he sat in front of me braking down and the tears fell slowly down his face. Promising me he would change. the baby would change his anger and we would be a family he needed. Its only now two years later on. I am being treated with the stab wounds of our love. Worse of all my child has been taken from me. He tryed to blame me he tryed to punish me. To bad he now lies on a slab of our so called love.
