how ever you take it

lavender eyes
By: Megan Wright

you might think there magnificent and rare
but if you saw the way they look at me
you'd think different.
the pulsing anger and yearn for revenge
scares me yet i've done nothing
but still, theres a hint of sadness
they say if you look into them
you get lost in the deep abysmal coler
but i cant get past the dismay
could it be jealousy
do they wish to be normal
do they long to be blue, green, or even brown
whatever is troubleing these lavender eyes
i hope they are solved
for now, i say my goodbyes

I felt as though I was reading something I had written once myself...eyes are so powerful yet so weak...i look into my own eyes and see so many things..my left eye reveals more sadness than my right and my right eye shows more power...and for you...this was powerful and it moved me
