The Raz-in Cure

He laughs, I smile. He laughs again,

and again I smile.

And without clicking those old red shoes

I whirlwind back to an old schoolyard,

And of course, I land on my behind.

He is the first on the swings to help me up,

After recess in class, I hand him a note

saying " I Love You"

because I could not pronounce his name;

all the while, my eyes are on the teacher.

 He laughs, I smile. He laughs again.

I smile and blink. He hands me a perscription.

He laughs, I smile and close the door behind me.
